		<description>Once you overcome Housecleaning Inertia, it&#039;s a very powerful thing.  Usually it&#039;s in our heads - try setting a timer for 15 minutes and see how much you can get done in that time.  Amazed?  Yeah, me too, usually.  Because I make it such a big deal in my head and put it off until it is a HUGE deal.  When I finally stopped doing that, it felt like I was taking care of myself in a wonderful homey kind of way.</description>

		<description>I have mixed feelings about cleaning but I always like the results. My bedroom used to be a disaster, back when the kids were small and sharing our bedroom. Now it&#039;s an uncluttered sanctuary and I think that really does contribute to a good night&#039;s sleep.</description>
