There is no day more special than a day when you get yarn in the mail. This was true for me today. I had made a trade with Tracy a while back for some delicious Malabrigo. I got the Coco a couple weeks ago, and today I got the Marron Oscuro. Behold! I got more bird [...] I checked the mail today, and was pleasantly surprised to have a package From Robins Nest. Tracy from Ravelry had it sent to me as part of a trade we did, and it is absolutely gorgeous! Of course, since it’s Malabrigo yarn, it is super soft and squooshy. Robin included a nice little treat bag [...] Malabrigo is my favourite yarn. It’s pretty new to my stash, but I hope that the Knit Picks isn’t getting jealous. I have been knitting with it a lot lately and I’m currently working on the pair of fingerless gloves I talked about in the last post. Last night I came pretty close to finishing, [...] The mail came today, and what it brought to me is ten kinds of awesome! I got Mmmmmalabrigo! It’s from Sidney on Ravelry. The color is Cognac, and it’s a beautiful warm brown color. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it yet, but I might design some worsted weight fingerless gloves. I [...] |
